Evening and weekend GP appointments are available seven days a week at GP hubs across North Central London’s five boroughs: Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, and Islington.
Our GP hubs are staffed by experienced GPs and nurses and offer assessment and treatment for adults and children with minor injuries and illnesses.
Both routine and same-day appointments are offered, subject to availability. Routine appointments can be booked up to two weeks in advance.
You will normally be offered an appointment at the GP hub nearest to you, depending on where your usual practice is located subject to hub operating hours.
Appointments take place by phone, video, or facetoface based on your clinical need.

Barnet
If you are a patient at a GP practice in Barnet, you can book or cancel an evening or weekend appointment at a GP hub by:
- calling or visiting your GP practice during opening hours, between 8am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
- calling 020 3948 6809 (Barnet Federated GPs Appointment Line) between 6.30pm – 8pm Monday to Friday; between 8am – 8pm on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
Camden
If you are a patient at a GP practice in Camden, you can book or cancel an evening or weekend appointment at a GP hub by:
- calling or visiting your GP practice during opening hours, between 8am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
- calling the Hub directly on 020 7391 9979 between 12pm-8pm Monday to Friday; 8am – 8pm Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays
Enfield
If you are a patient at a GP practice in Enfield, you can book or cancel an evening or weekend appointment at a GP hub by:
- calling or visiting your GP practice during opening hours, between 8am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
- calling NHS 111 for appointments between 6.30pm – 8pm Monday to Friday; between 8am – 8pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
Haringey
If you are a patient at a GP practice in Haringey, you can book or cancel an evening or weekend appointment at a GP hub by:
- calling or visiting your GP practice during opening hours, between 8am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
- calling the Enhanced Access Hub on 0330 053 9499 between 6.30pm – 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am-8pm on Saturday, and 8am-8pm on Sunday and bank holidays

If you are a patient at a GP practice in Islington, you can book an evening or a weekend appointment at a GP hub by:
- visiting your GP practice during opening hours, between 8am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
- calling your practice any time between 8am and 8pm (Monday to Sunday, including Bank Holidays)
If you are unwell and call your practice after 8pm, the practice’s phone line will direct you to call 111.
