In North Central London, we are working with health and social care partners from across Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington to improve how we deliver services.
We want all residents, young and old, to live healthy, active and independent lives.
We will do this by delivering the best services that will meet the needs of residents in their communities. We will work together to reduce health inequalities. We will do this by learning from how we have delivered services in the past and reviewing what worked well so that we can improve how we deliver health and care in the future.
We will work with residents, health professionals and community leaders and get their views so we can shape and improve north central London’s health and care services for the benefit of all.
