Our work areas include a range of projects and programmes of work at different stages in their development. Our plans come together following engagement of and discussion with health and care workers, commissioners, patients, the public and others.
Our initiatives are often based on examples of best practice from across North Central London, but we also learn from colleagues across the country and internationally. We aim to improve the health outcomes of people in North Central London, reduce health inequalities and deliver a healthcare system which is clinically and financially sustainable.
