We are specialists in the management of Personal Health Budgets. We transfer your Personal Health Budget to you as quickly and easily as possible. No need to go to the bank as your PHB funds will be deposited in advance each month to your personal MSM account with a prepaid card for ease of payments with real-time tracking of your PHB and your spend.

Our PHB Customer Helpdesk is here to answer your questions and handle any problems should they arise. We offer a wide range of additional PHB support services which the Helpdesk are happy to discuss with you.

We have supported hundreds of people with long term health conditions across London NHS and Local Authorities since our establishment in 2010. We are a small expert team so you can be confident you will always be speaking with people who understand your personal situation and can handle your queries with sensitivity and confidence.
