Governance arrangements

Governance arrangements have been put in place to support the delegation of specialised services from NHSE to the integrated care systems. For North London these are:

  1. A London-wide Partnership Board (provide direction and oversee delegation in 2022/23 and approval of any North London proposals).
  2. North London Programme Board (NCL, NEL and NWL, as well as other regions East of England and South East Regions) (Propose North London recommendations).
  3. NCL Steering Group (localised issues and risks highlighted and mitigation agreed).
  4. We have also recently established an NCL Provider Operational Group (data and information collation).
