NCL ICB Board of Members meetings
The North Central London ICB Board of Members meets quarterly. The ICB Board of Members is collectively accountable for the performance of the ICB’s functions. The Board membership can be found here.
The Board shall invite other members of the ICB’s executive management team, representatives from Public Health, Adult Social Care and Children’s Social Care to attend all or part of its meetings. The Board may invite or allow additional people to attend Board meetings, or part of meetings, as participants in order to assist it in its decision-making and in its discharge of its functions as it sees fit.
The Board may invite or allow people to attend meetings as observers. Observers may not present at Board meetings, contribute to any discussion or participate in any formal vote. Observers may ask questions and/or participate in one or more discussions at the invitation of the Chair.
Meeting arrangements
Board meetings will generally be held ‘face to face’, in public, with the opportunity for the public to observe the meeting either in person or ‘virtually’ via Microsoft MS Teams Live.
The next meeting will be held at 2pm on 12 November 2024.
Please note that as the planned tube strike has been called off, this meeting will now be held in the Clerkenwell Room, 2nd Floor, Laycock Professional Development Centre, London, N1 1TH.
To request a joining link to view a livestream of the meeting, please email nclicb.meetingsquestions@nhs.net by noon on 12 November 2024.
Asking questions
Members of the public can ask questions related to the meeting papers in advance by email.
We ask that questions relating to the meeting on 12 November 2024 are submitted to nclicb.meetingsquestions@nhs.net by 12pm on Thursday 7 November 2024.
All questions must relate to items listed on the agenda and responses will be provided by email either prior to the meeting or shortly afterwards. Where appropriate, and at the discretion of the ICB, questions which relate to the substance of the papers will also be addressed on the day during the introduction to the relevant agenda items. The Questions and Answers will also be published on our website after each meeting.
We have set a limit of three questions per individual or organisation. However, questions and feedback can also be submitted outside of our formal meetings through our normal communication channels – find out more here.
