Primary Care Committee

Membership & Terms of Reference

Coming to meetings

Our Primary Care Committee meets bi-monthly and members of the public are very welcome to attend meetings and listen to the discussions and observe our decision-making process. However, it is important to note that although Primary Care Committee meetings are held in public, they are not ‘public meetings’.

This means that members of the public are able to listen to the proceedings and where submitted questions relating to the agenda can be answered, members will take the time to respond.

Meeting arrangements

Generally the PCC meetings are held ‘face to face’ with the opportunity for the public to observe the meeting either in person or virtually via MS Teams ‘live’.

Unless otherwise stated, the meetings take place in the Clerkenwell Room, Second Floor, North Central London Integrated Care Board, Laycock Professional Development Centre, Laycock Street, London, N1 1TH. (Entrance is via Highbury Station Road). You can access a printable map with step-by-step directions here.

To request a joining link to view a livestream of the meeting, please email nclicb.meetingsquestions@nhs.net by 5pm on 10 February 2025.

Asking questions

Members of the public can ask questions relating to the meeting papers in advance by email.

We ask that questions relating to the meeting are submitted to nclicb.meetingsquestions@nhs.net by 12pm on Thursday 6 February 2025.

All questions must relate to items listed on the agenda and responses will be provided by email either prior to the meeting or shortly afterwards.  Where appropriate, and at the discretion of the Integrated Care Board, questions which relate to the substance of the papers will also be addressed on the day during the introduction to the relevant agenda items. The Questions and Answers will also be published on our website after each meeting.

We have set a limit of three questions per individual or organisation. However, questions and feedback can also be submitted outside of our formal meetings through our normal communication channels.
