In producing this report, it is recognised that as a newly established ICB which has seen a significant change in the composition and size of the workforce during 2022-2023, we have more to do to reduce the gender pay gap. As part of the ICB’s commitment to a fair and equitable work environment the outcomes of this report will feed into our wider organisational development workplan.
