ICB Board of Members meetings
The ICB Board of Members is collectively accountable for the performance of the ICB’s functions. The Board membership can be found here.
The Board shall invite other members of the ICB’s executive management team, representatives from Public Health, Adult Social Care and Children’s Social Care to attend all or part of its meetings. The Board may invite or allow additional people to attend Board meetings, or part of meetings, as participants in order to assist it in its decision-making and in its discharge of its functions as it sees fit.
The Board may invite or allow people to attend meetings as observers. Observers may not present at Board meetings, contribute to any discussion or participate in any formal vote. Observers may ask questions and/or participate in one or more discussions at the invitation of the Chair.
Meeting arrangements
Board meetings will generally be held face to face, in public, with the opportunity for the public to observe the meeting either in person or virtually via Microsoft MS Teams Live.
NHS West and North London ICB’s first board meeting to be held on Wednesday 1 April 2026
NHS West and North London will hold its first board meeting on Wednesday 1 April 2026 from 2pm. The meeting will be held online and members of the public and partners are welcome to observe.
What the meeting will cover
The board meeting on 1 April 2026 is a short, formal meeting to establish the new NHS West and North London Integrated Care Board. There will be no other agenda items at this meeting. Because of this, we will not be taking questions from the public on this occasion.
