NCL’s Outcomes Framework sets out an agreed set of outcomes that we as an integrated care system want to achieve for our population. The framework is supported by an indicator set which can be used as a tool to help us understand opportunities to improve and reduce variation in outcomes across our system. The framework can also help us identify areas where greater focus and investment may be required and to monitor progress in our achievement against these outcomes over time.
The NCL Outcomes Framework supports the delivery of our NCL Population Health and Integrated Care Strategy and was developed in consultation with our system and borough partners.
Each outcome is linked to a set of indicators which show how we are performing at borough and NCL level, compared to London and England. The latest data, along with recent historic data, for each of these indicators can be viewed on our dashboard at the bottom of this page.
The NCL Outcomes Framework will be reviewed, and data refreshed, annually.
