GET THE CARE YOU NEED
Find out how to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and get the right care to support your physical and mental health.
Your GP practice
Your GP practice provides a wide range of health services. Find out how to register
There are three ways to contact your GP practice: online, by phone, or in person.
You can request a telephone appointment if that is more convenient for you than a face-to-face appointment.
GP practices are open from 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. If you need an evening or weekend appointment, your GP practice can arrange this for you.
Your GP will refer you for any tests or specialist treatment you may need, which could be to a hospital, local clinic, or community diagnostic centre.
As well as your GP, did you know there are other professionals in your local health team who can help you get the care you need as quickly as possible?
