People diagnosed with cancer and their families across Enfield and Haringey are being encouraged to take part in an anonymous survey, designed to improve access to practical, emotional and social support for those affected by cancer.
The survey forms part of the Improving Cancer Journeys Learning Programme from UCLPartners and Macmillan. The programme aims to understand the challenges faced by people with cancer and their loved ones and to better understand what support people need to keep their lives on track while dealing with cancer.
The survey takes no more than ten minutes to complete and will be open until 21 July 2024. All answers are anonymous and will be treated in confidence.
The survey is available in languages including English, Bengali, Somali, Kurdish, Turkish, Polish and Romanian. A printable version of the survey is also available on request from Emma Mordaunt at UCLPartners. Emma can be contacted by email at emma.mordaunt@uclpartners.com.
If you would like to receive a copy of the survey in a different format or language should contact UCLPartners. If you live in Enfield and Haringey and have been diagnosed with cancer, please fill in the survey here.
