The Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) helps local councils understand what pharmacy services are needed in their area. It looks at things like where pharmacies are located, what services they offer, and whether they meet the health needs of the local population.
The Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment is used to make sure everyone has access to the right pharmacy services for their needs, whether it’s getting prescriptions, health advice, or support to stop smoking. It also helps decide if new pharmacies are needed or if existing ones should offer more services.
Local Councils, in partnership with Health and Wellbeing Boards, are currently undertaking a review of pharmacy needs and services across Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington and would your views to help inform the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) for each borough.
Please share your views about pharmacy services in your area by completing a short, confidential survey, which can be accessed via the borough links below.
It should take no longer than five minutes to complete.
