Potential change of control at AT Medics Ltd – patient and public webinar

As the NHS body overseeing healthcare in North Central London, NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board has received an application to change the control of AT Medics Ltd.

AT Medics Ltd provides general practice services to patients from a number of sites in North Central London and nationally operates approximately 60 GP practices.

The contracts held in North Central London are:

  • St Ann’s Road Surgery, Haringey
  • Mitchison Road Surgery, Islington
  • Hanley Primary Care Centre, Islington
  • Kings Cross Surgery, Camden
  • Somers Town Medical Centre, Camden
  • Brunswick Medical Centre, Camden
  • Camden Health Improvement Practice, Camden
  • GP Extended Access Hubs at Somers Town Medical Centre and Brondesbury Medical Centre, Camden.

This does not mean that these GP practices will close or that patients registered at these practices will need to find a new doctor – GP practice services will continue uninterrupted.

Webinar for patients and members of the public

Patients and members of the public are invited to join a webinar on Thursday 29 February at 6 – 6.45pm where we will explain the process around a potential change of control, the steps we are taking to assess the proposal, listen to views and feedback and seek to answer questions.

Information on how to register will be made available shortly.

If you have a question you would like addressed at the upcoming webinar, we ask that these are submitted by Friday 16 February to: nclicb.changeofcontrol@nhs.net
