North Central London ICB Annual General Meeting

Annual general meeting

The Annual General Meeting of NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) took place on Tuesday 30 September.  The meeting, which was held online, was chaired by Mike Bell, who recently took up his role as the new Chair for NCL ICB and North West London Integrated Care Board (NWL ICB).

Our Chief Executive Frances O’Callaghan talked about the highlights and achievements of the past year as well as the changing NHS landscape and looking ahead to the future as we merge with NWL ICB to become a single organisation. It was an opportunity to reflect on how we are working together as a health and care system to achieve our population health priorities and support our local residents to live longer, healthier lives.

Chief Finance Officer, Stephen Bloomer, presented our Annual Report and Accounts 2024/25, detailing our financial performance as an organisation and how we have successfully achieved our financial targets for 2024/25. Stephen also touched on our financial outlook and how collaborative working across all partner organisations has enabled NCL ICS to submit a system-wide balanced plan for 2025/26.
