An exciting learning opportunity has recently been launched across our Integrated Care System and is now open for staff applications.
The NCL Systems Leadership Development Programme has been established to help participants understand their role as system leaders and develop the core skills required to effectively lead service transformation and collaboration across organisational boundaries.
Those who may benefit include general/service managers; matrons/ward managers, clinical leaders at bands 7 to 8c, their medical equivalents and those who directly manage or support the leadership and delivery of services. The programme has 100 fully funded places available to health and social care staff across North Central London. The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 14 July 2023.
