NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board would like your help to shape and influence how community eye services will be delivered across Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington. We are conducting a short questionnaire to gain insight into eye services.
This questionnaire will be particularly relevant to anyone who has recently had their eyes tested at a local opticians, or are living with any form of sight loss or caring for someone who does.
