In partnership with the University of Hertfordshire, the ICB has had the wonderful opportunity to offer employment to Ginika while she continues her Senior Leader Higher Apprenticeship Programme at the university.
Ginika is supported by her work-based learning tutor Miranda Tapfumanei, Assistant Director for Quality Safety and Clinical Governance at NCL ICB, who encourages her to maximise learning opportunities within her role.
Ginika and Miranda have recently been featured in the University of Hertfordshire’s video explaining the benefits of hiring apprentices into the NHS, and how a partnership between the ICB and the university has made this possible. Watch the video below to find out more.
