Healthwatch is the independent national champion for people who use health and social care services. Healthwatch listens to the views of local people, and help make sure their views shape the support they need.
There is a local Healthwatch in every area of England. Local Healthwatch offices seek to learn what people like about services, and what could be improved. Healthwatch also help people find the information they need about services in their area.
We work closely with our colleagues at five Healthwatch organisations.
