Background to the survey
Our vision, as set out in our Population Health and Integrated Care Strategy, is to work with residents of all ages in North Central London (Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington) so they can have the best start in life, live more years in good physical and mental health in a sustainable environment, to age within a connected and supportive community and to have a dignified death. Every year, around eight thousand of our residents die and it’s vital they are all enabled to receive care and die in a manner that they choose.
