Integrated Care Board members to consider the future of maternity and neonatal services in North Central London.

Board members of North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) and NHS England (Specialised Commissioning) will meet on Tuesday 25 March 2025 to consider recommendations for the future of maternity and neonatal services.

This decision follows a thorough and robust review of maternity, neonatal, and children’s services known as the Start Well Programme.

A detailed decision-making business case will be published in advance of the meeting and will contain a range of evidence and data to inform decision-makers and support them to make a final decision. The decision-making business case will be available online at the end of the day on Tuesday 18 March 2025.

The Start Well programme has involved several years of partnership working and significant engagement with patients, staff and partners to review and improve the quality and outcomes of services. Our collective ambition as a health and care system is to give babies and children the best start in life and improve outcomes for pregnant women and people.

Anyone wishing to attend the meeting in person must book a place. To attend the meeting or request a link to view a livestream of the meeting, please email nclicb.meetingsquestions@nhs.net by noon on 25 March 2025.
