Residents Health Panel

The Residents Health Panel is a large group of residents that live in Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington who have signed up to give their views on proposals to improve local health and care service.  Membership is open to any resident aged over 18 years old.

The panel is managed by North Central London Integrated Care Board, a partnership made of NHS providers, local authorities, voluntary organisations and community groups working together to improve health and care services in this part of London.

Why should I join?

The Residents Health Panel will give you an opportunity to get involved, if you are interested in helping improve local health services and want to have a say in how local NHS providers, local authorities and voluntary organisation work together to improve health and wellbeing services.

How much time do I need to give and what is involved?

We will send you a maximum of six short surveys each year, which you can complete using your phone or computer at a time that suits you. You can decide how many you want to complete. If you want, you can also join focus groups.

What happens with survey results?

We will send you regular emails to tell you how we are using the results of surveys and how the feedback and comments we are gathering will be used to improve local health and care services.

Am I eligible to join?

Any resident over 18 years of age from Barnet, Camden, Islington, Haringey and Islington can join. You do not need any previous experience.

What type of data are we collecting?

To become a member and participate in health surveys and public consultations you will need to register and provide some personal information as part of the registration process. Personal information includes: your name, address, date of birth, gender, ethnicity, disability/ long term illness, carer status, sexual orientation and email address. In order to process your sign up, we need to have your agreement with our privacy notice.

We will also ask members to provide us with other optional information about which of our health and care areas they are interested in.

Personal information is stored and held by Civica and North London Partners in health and care. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting: nclccg.communications@nhs.net

How is my data safeguarded?

All of the information you provide will be kept completely confidential, and be held securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

All panel member data is currently hosted by the partnership Civica and Verve Communication, technology suppliers for the Residents’ Health Panel Portal on their panel membership platform. Privacy notice

Your data will never be shared with anyone else other than Civica, Verve Communications. Civica and Verve Communication are Data Processors working on behalf of North London Partners in health and care, who is the Data Controller.
